- A Grade Vanilla Beans are hand-selected and vacuum-sealed for maximum freshness. The Grade A Vanilla Bean are very long, dark brown beans and have a moisture content of 25-30%. The Grade A vanilla pods are soft and malleable, and they’re packed with tiny vanilla seeds.
- Vanilla beans are more versatile and rare than those from Madagascar. Our traditional curing method aids in increasing the amount of Vanillin in our vanilla pods.
- Bourbon Vanilla Beans from Sri Lanka have a beautiful flowery scent and a thick, creamy taste.
